Our story

Why Vaison exists

Vaison grew out of a frustration that anyone who's run a small business will recognise. You've got a real operation — real customers, real revenue, real ambition — but when it comes to IT, AI, or cybersecurity, you're either getting ignored by the big firms or being sold solutions designed for companies ten times your size.

Our founder Max spent years working across UK businesses watching the same story repeat itself. Talented people buried in admin. Systems cobbled together from duct tape and spreadsheets. Security risks nobody had thought to address. And no one in their corner to just sort it out.

So that's what Vaison does. We act as your outsourced IT and AI team — without the salary, the overhead, or the HR headache. You get senior-level thinking, fast turnarounds, and a team that actually picks up the phone.
